"unable To Determine Current Visible Partition"

This is the message I get when I try to backup games with my sh-d162c.  I'm using xbox backup creator 2.3.
I've backed up over 20 games sucessfully like this but the last 3 I tried gave me this message.  Any ideas what the problem could be?  Thanks in advance.

Its an easy fix man. All you have to do is upgrade your xbox back up creator v2.3 to either the latest which is v2.5 or to v2.4 and you should have no troubles anymore.  I think everyone started having that problem when Crackdown and Star Trek Legacy were released. Hope this helps. Cheers

Yup, that did the trick!  Thanks a million man!  

When you said Crackdown I knew this must be it because that was the first game to give me this problem.  But Star Trek Legacy actually worked with 2.3, strange.
