Hitachi 59d Xtreme2.3 Game Freeze?

Hello, fellow hackers!

I just recently dumped my hitachi 0078FK and I now have a 59D. I flashed this rom with Maximus-Garyopa Hitachi-LG Xtreme v2.3 Stealth. Everything seems to being work good untill I try to play "Tony Hawk Project 8" the game plays fine for a few mintures then all of a sudden BAM its frozen! I use to get this with the 78k also. Maybe its the backup? I use VERBATIM DVD+R DL.  Anybody else having this same problem? Any comments or suggestions are welcome!

If you have it with both drive, definitely points toward the backup, redo it from the original.
