Flash Worked Fine But Can't Find Ms28 In Bios Or Windows

Yep  that got m for a while.

For some reason when you turn on the computer it  kinda resets the drive
even though it has already read the 0800 disc.

Try this instead.

1. Turn on 360
2. Turn on PC
3. Insert 0800 disc in 360.
4. When windows starts loading eject the disc.

always try all ports before thinking it is a problem.
