Can't Ftp To Xbmc

right i'm pretty new to XBMC and was using XBMP before with evox as the dash

today i decided to change the dash to XBMC-2004-04-19 (i used the firefu*kers evox disc and it worked fine)

the problem is now how do i ftp? - before i just used to load to the evox menu and ftp using flash fxp, ip: 192.168.0.2 - user:xbox, pass: xbox

but i dont know how to do it now - i just tried booting to xbmc and connecting through ftp and it wont work! - please help as i want to get the streaming through smb working as soon as poss.

note: everything was streaming/connecting fine through xbmp - but thats gone now   <

Have you enabled the ftp server in settings->general?  <

yes its enabled - i just dont get how its meant to work!

there is no ip in the xboxmediacenter.xml - so it should use the ip from the dash?
had it all working and was simple in evox but dont know what else i have to do?

any suggestions?  <

If XBMC is your dash you need to set an ip in XboxMediaCenter.xml - you should only leave that blank if you're starting it from another dash.  <

I realy dont see the problem.

The xboxmediacenter.xml tells you exactly what todo...
