How Do I Burn An "image" File

Hi, I have finally flashed my xbox now and I am pretty eagar to test to make sure I have done it correctly,  I have managed to get an "IMAGE" file but I an not sure what I could do to turn it as IMGBURN does not seem to recognise the file format.

Also is there a prefered speed to burn this image too?

If you create a backup of a game that you own the original then you would know what to do.  
read the rules.  do a search next time.
