Nba Street Homecourt: Can't Extract Ss W/ Dvdinfo, Xbc, Or Schtrom

I'm getting the following errors from dvdinfopro and xbox backup creator when trying to extract the security sectors from NBA Street Homecourt.

Schtrom also couldn't do it.

Any thoughts on what could be going wrong are appreciated!

Is that the only game you have this?

if it is, sounds like a bad disk.

if you have that with more than one disk, could be your setup (drive, fw....)
