Tonight I made a backup of one of my games, I burned it at 1x and another at 2x, they both burned successfully, loaded great. THEN I played for a minute then I got the wipe disc error.  Any reason as to why this happens?  I checked the disk and the disk is clean.

Maybe just a stuffed up backup? Re-do the backup i suppose.

if theay load and play, it mean the structure is OK. So must be the media or the content itself.

Which X360 Drive/FW?
Are original playing fine,
How have you done the backup?
-for ss.bin which software & drive
-for game.iso which software & drive
-how was it merged
-which software and drive to burn?
-Burn on which media?

I think I missed something, since you do not have a shd162c,  plse confirm you are using your samsung x360 to extract the ss.bin, why not use xbox creator and go the complete backup, much easier and safer.

also windata to my knowledge is really not a good media, definitely need to try some verbatim to determine if the media is an issue.

No surprise there.  And people wonder why we keep telling them to get Verbatims. wink.gif   If you are interested in more info on the matter read the first link in my sig.
