Lite-on Burners

have a usb external Lite-On Shw-160p6su and woundering if anyone else has used this one, and what kind of media im guessing i should get the pioneer 111d and get verbatim dvd+R DL's buyt dont have the money at hise point and dont have more room in pc as this is a media center tiny pc.

Although I prefer my 111D as a writer, I have the 160P6S and it is a pretty good writer.  You should be able to make do just fine provided you update the firmware so it supports setting the booktype to DVD-ROM.  Verbatim DL DVD+R will certainly give you better chances of success.  Unless you live in Europe or the Middle East, there is no reason not to get Verbatims.
