Yes and they cause problem, not good.
Try to find the printable DVD, ($$)  but less trouble than label for x360.

As above it is well documented that they cause problems.  Stick to IJ Printable media or lightscribe for best results.

I had about 10 backups that worked fine. I only use verbatim's, and when i put the labels on they all became unreadable in my hitachi drive. I tried them on my brothers Samsung drive and they all work! go figure sad.gif

I had all my Verbatim backups with CD labels on them. Mine worked fine for 6 months without any real problems (other than occasional open tray, but it got that even when I didn't label them) at all. One day it was like the flip of a switch and it just up and stopped reading every single game that had a label. I tried a backup that I had just finished and hadn't labeled and it worked fine.

Since then I have moved over and use Verbatim Printable discs, they are the best, labels are perfect and they run perfect too. Definately worth investing in.

so theres really no thinner or lighter sticker label huh? what is the cheapest inkjet printer just for the purpose of printing on CDs?
