Imgburn Error, Help Please. :)

Ok so i get this error, and it doesnt burn the 0800.iso image properly, or any image for that sake. Whats the problem? Thanx.

What media are you using?  Did you set the layerbreak to the appropriate spot?  Are you selecting the .ISO or the .dvd file?

jesterace, he is not trying to burn a game backup... not yet anyway. He wants to burn the activate.iso file.

Have you tried burning any other files with it? there are plenty of linux images you can download and test. (DSL is only 50MB)
Have you tried a different disc, maybe that one is bad?

Ive tried with one brand of disc's today i am going to buy some verbatim DL +- R. Also, i have read somewhere that you dont even have to use a Dual Layer disc for the activate.iso, is that true?

I will try again later on today (when i get home from school) an burn another image using the burner.

Also, the activate.iso image came in a .rar file that was only 5.86mb or something, and when i extracted it it came to 250mb..maybe i have downloaded the wrong one? Can anyone help with that? Thanx.

Note that it does not work for everyone on SL, SOme have to revert to the good old DL.

The 0800 is around 265MB after extraction (from a very small size ), that being said be carefull on that, as rules on requesting fw/software are very strict here (just in case (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) you were going there ).
Look at Finding Pc Tools And Utilities For The X360

Yea it just seemed weird when i extracted a 265mb file from a 3.46mb Zip file... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif) I shall try it on a DL disk tonight after it not working on a SL. Thanx for the help.
