Fully Modded 616 Problems

Can anybody help me resolve this issue? I just received a fully-modded Samsung 616T (PCB says 616F) and its been flashed with the SDG-605B firmware. It reads my audio CDRs perfectly, but it won't read my original HALO game disc. I know that the drive is supposed to work with all game disc as well, but it doesn't seem to be loading any discs. What's going on?
