How do you set the layer break in Nero?
Could be the image, how have you done the backup?
-for ss.bin which software & drive
-for game.iso which software & drive
-how was it merged

Which drive have you use for extraction x360 or pc?

If you used your PC with xbox creator , there are only a few drive that will work.
In Xbox creator, there is a scroll window listing the drive currently active, what is the drive listed there when you extract the game from the original to your PC.

Where to change the layerbreak? That was my question , not sure where you do that in Nero.
Might be irrelevant, since it is not clear you even have a valid image (as per paragraph above).

I just want to be sure you can extract a proper image before digging in burning.
1) when you open xbox creator, there is a line in the white window
at the bottom that should start by FOund ODD: tsstcorp...
what does it say  on that line and the next.

2)You could use XBCreator to burn, in the Write Tab.

its saying check condition and invalid address write

Feels like bad media, try a verbatim,

If not I would look toward the burner, the 1620 has a few years under his belt. Probably their first DL burner so could be it is not the best for that. Still I would look at media first,
