just to know if it is the kreon or something supporting your software can you try to extract the SS with dvdinfopro and and the game  partition with isobuster.

This would be the best tutorial , only in step 2 change the FF 08 01 01 for FF 08 01 11 01 as per image below

Couldnt edit, but here is an update.

I a post in another Xbox-Scene forums of someone who was having problems and they restarted the computer and everything was fine.  Well I did just that and my first rip was fine (Viva Pinata).  I will try another one and If there is another problem Ill post back.
