Xbox360.hd-dvdrom.udf.reader.v2.5?

HI,
I downloaded the XBOX360.HD-DVDRom.UDF.Reader.v2.5.  But now that I have that and have it installed on my computer.  I guess the question is what do I do with those files?  There are a bunch of filetypes that I am not familiar with  they do not open up with any programs I know of.  I would like to be able to stream these files off the computer and in thru my 360 to be vieed on my HDTV.  How would i do this?
