I have the Pioneer 111d and SH-162c drive with Kreon's firmware.
I've created backups successfully before with another PC using these drives and Xbox Backup Creator.

I wanted to try it with my laptop, so I bought an external USB 2.0 enclosure for my drives.

When I hookup the SH-162c and run XBC, it makes the image just fine, but when I reboot and hookup the Pioneer burner, it starts burning but the little burn meter never fills up (the other meter fills all the way), and then it starts to burn at an amazingly slow 55Kb/sec

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?  Maybe there's another program I should try?
