Pentium 800mhz Dvd Burning Issue?

Does it even have XP?  That is an absolute must as you will need it to support files larger than 4GB.  As for burning D/L discs you will be fine but it probably provided you shut everything else down while you are burning.  That and you probably won't be able to rip or burn at faster than 2.4x.  My dad has a 1GHZ PIII with 512MB of RAM and it won't rip or burn at faster than 4x.
