Converting Nme-360 Iso To Xtreme?

Hi All!

I have NME-360 version of iso, which I would like to convert back to Xtreme version, insert SS key and stealth files (since I have original game I can dump them, but I really would like to spare me the process of whole ISO dumping). Is it possible to do it?
