Raw Files How To Fix Them To Iso

Hi Guys

I`m a realy neewbie in Xbox 360 scene, so i need all the help i can get so i hope you can help me...

Lets say that i have a RAW file but want this raw files burn so it working on a 360 machine, what program to use to get this raw files to work???...

What for media to use???  

DVD+R Dual layer or
DVD-R Dual layer......

You see i`m a newbie  (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)  (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

Wish I could see what you edited out in your post becasue this sounds like straight up downloaded files.
