Xbox Backups

okay after flashing and backing-up your game if you go on live is it possible to be banned..or get banned or anything like that in anyway...if so how do you know?...i just want to be sure before i decide on backing up any of my games...thanks

The live speculation is in one thread pinned at the top.
If you are asking about playing back ups on live , then you will fall foul of the rules here. If that is your question don't post it anywhere.
