Well, I hope you are relatively computer savy or you won't be able to set your 360 up to play backups.  As for the Sony that really depends on what DVD-ROM drive you have in your 360.  If you have the Samsung you should be fine, if you have the hitachi you will need the latest firmware with the media check update before it will recognize discs from your burner.
