Doesn't matter....downloading copyrighted files (regardless if you own the original) is illegal and not tolerated by these forums.  Please read the rules and try to follow them in the future.

well, i aint bothered, u ppl either will help or u wont, it aint a question of wheather i download or not. it is a question on the forum title. so, whats the difference in the law of downloading files u already own and have payed for and hacking the xbox itself? hmm?

Not the point.  The point is that talk of downloading games is against the forum rules...plain and simple.  but.......since you brought it up........The difference is huge....hacking the xbox/360 to play legally backed up games is not in it self illegal.  The files to do so are usually questionable, but with the recent release of firmware patches (no copyrighted code) it is completely legal.  Downloading games over the internet is completely different, because you are legally allowed to backup 1 copy of your own game, from that game, not your friends, not the internet, YOURS.
