MS have done nothing to your 360. It has to be something at your end. maybe you did something to the drive during what you were doing

doesnt take sherlock to figure out something went wrong with the flash...

check your fw key and everything... check originals...

I have a TS-H943A ms25 drive in my 360. I have been flashing the drive since xtreme firmware version 1 came out and all has been fine. When I flashed to Xtreme 3.2 everything was still fine. The other day I flashed to 3.3 and now my drive will only Load two of my backup disks (tomb raider and Hitman) all the rest try to load, it goes to the black loading screen then a sidebar pops out saying this disk is unreadable, please clean and restart system. Could my drives speed be out of whack, I tried to go back to xtreme 3.2 firmware even xtreme 1.0 but still only plays the two backups. Any reason why this is happening? Any suggestions, tips? Once again I know its not a bad flash because two of my backups do work. I know its not a bad backup because thay all worked perfectly before. Also when I put the drive in mode b and i ry to make a backup it only transfers files a 2kb/s way to slow.

Sorry it actually says this disk is unreadable then give two suggestions 1)wipe disk with a soft cloth 2) restart Console.

reflash with a ealier version and it should start working for you

I reflashed with earlier versions with the same result, the backups begin to boot then the side bar comes out and says unrecognized disk. I got ahold of another Toshiba TS-H943a m25 and flashed it with xecuter 3.3 firmware using my orig.bin and the drive works fine. I need to give that drive back to my friend (I was just testing it to see if my flash was bad, so it is not) does that mean there is something wrong with my TS-H943a? Could it be a laser problem, do i need to clean the lens? any suggestions to get my drive to recognize the discs again?
