I've noticed that I can only get  the disks to work if I have a cold xbox/disk , how pathetic is that for them to not work  

Verbs are expensive , but my god are they worth it in the long run.


Don't trust Shopneo's 'reviews' its obvious they only put the positive reviews up ......how poor .

So , i burnt the disks using my lite on = 100% succes , seems to be my sony thats letting me down    reburnt Dead rising ( 0.81X , from a external usb 1 hard drive) and it works so much faster and doesn't seem to 'choke' like the first copy i made on the sony does .   Huzzah!

First time trying the cd ripping and burn works great.
Im sure this has been brought up before but for those of  you who want to try the HOT SWAP this device will really help alot without tearing out the case. It's a usb connector that connects to your dvd-rom reader or any ide device.

After burning 5-6 Memorex DVD+R DL and 3 Verbatim DVD+R DL coasters using a 2 year old Optorite DD1601 DVDR, I decided to try getting a new burner. Luckily enough, this baby has burned every single Memorex DL perfectly well. I highly recommend this drive. I believe it is a new model coming from a joint effort between SONY and NEC.
