Question About Schtrom360xtractv2.1

I've backed up my Madden 07 and Xmen games using the Schtrom360xtract v2.1 with no problems.  Well, Xmen I extracted using v2.0 and it worked.  Madden 07 with v2.0 gave me a bad disk, but then I installed v2.1 and made a stealth image, and burned it, and it's playing fine.
