Going From Nme-360 Back To Extreme

ok well i had a NME-360 installed and since i couldnt get any of my backups to work ive decided to rip  the bitch out and just flash the DVDROM
now im wondering is there a way i can just repatch my already made iso's
or would i have to rerip them and patch them the correct way for the xtreme way
