you need a pioneer 111d burner and verbatim dvd+r dl disks with hitachi picky drives

I had this same problem earlier today. I used Verbatim and a Lite ON burner. I think the problem was an incorrect hotswap dump. I had to redo it all burning it with my sony820dru-a now I have a
! Unrecognized Disc

This disc is unreadable. It may be
the wrong region for this console.

1. Match the region of the disc to
the console
2. Clean the disc with a soft cloth
3. Restart the console

hi..i have the same problem...i use a plextor Px750A and TDK media...i bitsetted it into dvd-rom...it says it is a music CD...i think im gonna buy the pioneer 111D with verbatims since everyone says it is the best way for hitachi...
