Dead Or Alive 4: Freezing

This is my second backup I've made of my games, this time with Dead or Alive 4.  I copied it fine, it boots, it plays.......but sometimes when I lose a match and select another character, it freezes.  THe whole XBOX is unresponsive and I have to power it off and back on.

I ran a CRC check in DVDInfoPro and it shows no bad sectors.  I also tried it on another type of media and it does the same thing.  

Any thoughts?
