Strange Problem With My Prey Backup

Dude... I had this same exact problem, I wonder if it is a bad burn or bad backed up image.  I will try rebacking it up and burning again and see what happens.

This is what I used

TSSTCorp CD/DVDW TS-H552U firmware rv 7

TSSTCorp DVD-ROM TS-H943A xtreme 3.3

media: HP DVD+R DL 2.4x

used isobuster to make image, then used imgburn to burn image, and all patching with xtreme3.3

I made some backups of dead rising and they would not boot until I flashed the new maximus fw but when i get passed the first part of the game its says the disc is dirty is this a common problem

I was able to get this fixed...

My orig xbox 360 prey game is bad, i tried playing it and does the exact same thing.  I wished I had learned to back the game up along time ago before it got scratched.  Bought a new one, backed it up right away and played fine.


Did you have any read errors when backing it up?  I got several read errors, but when I got bought a new prey game dvd, I was able to back it up with 0 errors! Even though some tutorials say it will work by choosing to fill with 0's but I think it may because the disc is bad.  Make sure you get 0 errors is my suggestion when backing up.
