i tried making a backup of doa4 again but this time using an ss for an ntsc disc i found online and that also failed....... and also tried alternate ss.bin files

Thats where you went wrong. You MUST match image and SS's to the same region as Xbox360. (Hope you OWN DOA4  biggrin.gif )

i dont know why i keep getting the "To play this disc, put it in an Xbox 360 console" error as i followed the instructions

Seeing that you have a Hitachi - try Metaphaze's Guide - I can't recommend this method highly enough:

I got a backup always turn the dvd player on, and show some messegas like "this is a game, plz play a with a xbox360"...what is going on, bad burn?

Doing this is hit and miss. If you have to re-rip, re-extract, and re-burn ... chances are it's your dvd-recorder.

Post Media Burn Quality may be writer dependant, and less dependant on the actual media used.

Burned Vertatim's (Yes, ... Verbatim's) with a LG 4163B - had the same problem. Swapped out the LG for a Pioneer, used 'lesser quality' discs - Fujifilms - and it was like night and day - loaded up without skipping a beat. (It was the same .dvd file I burned too...)

Bad Burn you ask - absolutely. (If originals work, your 2.1 works, now it's all in the burn - feel the burn, love the burn - be one with the burn)

Actually not Good Boy but Goodbye. Its not even your thread and you litter it with your piracy, then someone helps you.
Its illegal to download games period, and against rules on here.

if you own it, why would you download?

Indeed

Anyways, everytime I've received the "Put disk in Xbox 360 Console" error its been because of a bad SS.bin file. I had to try 3 different SS files to get table tennis to work. So my advice would be to double and triple check that you have the correct ss.

because some people are unable to sucessfully make backups of their current games

why do you think people would waste their time downloading something if they already have the original disc? if they cant back em up, some people might just download it instead of just making coasters

You just turned an account into an IP BAN superfigz. No multi accounts
