easiest = the samsung pc drive you can modify to read backups

hard to find tho, at least for under 50 bucks it is

Basically he is saying to buy a samsung drive to replace your hitachi drive in your 360.  This way you will not have to worry as much about compatibility.  This is the lazy, expensive way route to go.  These drives run around 160 on ebay, after shipping.

i was referring to the pc drive samsung SH-D162C, that allows you to rip a game in about 15 minutes without disassembling your box...

however, no ss extraction is available yet.

thanks for the help with out the criticism.  i know the difference between the hitachi and samsung just wanst sure why pc was put in the description.  thanks for clearing that up.  i guess i will wait a bit until things get a little easier or can get the ss with the samsung drive.  anyplace i can read up more on that samsung drive havent had any good results with search
