what does it say in your .dvd file when you open it with a text editor,

what's the name of your image and where are the both files ?

Bingo, thats your answer right there. Your .dvd file is the same as the CUE sheet with CD iso's. Sounds like you tried compiling the files in two diffrent directories or something similar.

1) what did you make them with? any errors?

2) did you patch them with the correct SS?

try to rename the original image to .iso

then merge with SS ,

then try to burn that with clonecd



also try using the XBOX360 SS Merger 1.6 if you are using something else
