and other applications.  Newegg currently has a great deal on the coveted D/L Verbatim DVD+R discs.  As with any newegg deal though, you will have to act FAST.  The 20 pack is currently $30.99 shipped.  Works out to about $1.55 a disc which is quite a bit cheaper than the regular in store sales.  IN ADDITION, there is also a $10 MIR, so you can get these suckers for almost $1 a disc.  If the mods feel that this is too close to being off topic, feel free to remove it, however, given the expensive price of D/L media and the necessity to have them at this point for 360 backups, I felt it was relevant.

Thanks for the heads up Jesterace! I picked up the last two spindles from Best Buy the other night so I should be good for awhile but it dosn't hurt to have some spares.

At those prices it is hard to resist.  I just happened to check at random this morning.  As soon as I saw the price tag, I wasted no time and immediately purchased a pack.

i could care less about rebate, btu i hope they keep that $33 pirce from now on. as always remeber: teh more you buy the cheaper the market will get@
