Image Burn or DVD Decrypter to burn the file.  Go into the Tools tab in either program, select change the booktype and you should get a menu that allows you to select from several different manufacturers (Lite-On being one of them) and it will set the booktype to DVD-ROM for you in a couple of clicks.  This is essential to ensure maximum compatibility.
