Lol,  the answers are here, just need to read more.

My way that works with a 47dj everytime for both of my 360s.


Use the hitachi drive to get the SS:
-Use the new "drive tools" that is available here to get SS
Use an extra dvd drive to get image:
-Use wxRipper; I have 0% with isobuster. IT WILL NOT WORK for my hitachi etc.
-Use SSmerger to combine it all, md5 does not have to match, you ripped them all yourself.
-burn with clonecd.
