Got this sorted for anyone that wants to know, for some reason CloneCd completed the disk but did not finalise it, i opened the disk up in dvd decryptor which has options to close track,session and disk, did all of these and it then recognised the backup disk as a dvd-rom, plays fine on the xbox which means i can hide all my orig's from the little un
