also i don't have the original iso anymore becose i have not enouf room on my computer to get both image!!!

 Well you will have to re-rip your original game again and start again

- Extract your disc with the bad ss to disk.
- Open Xbox360 SS Merger 1.6
- Go to Menu Tool/Iso Splitter
- in Original iso select your iso file.
- In Default values select XBOX 360
- Check "Extract Video Partition" and "Extract Game Partition".
- Select the path and name for Video Partition, "video.iso"
- Select the path and name for Game Partition, "game.iso"
- Click Split!

Now use isobuilder to merge the Video Partition + The Good SS file The Game Partition or do the following:

- Copy the good ss file to the path where you extracted the files.
- Open a command line (Start/Run/CMD)
- Go to that path (cd \path)
- execute "copy /b video.iso + ss.bin + game.iso IMAGE.000

The IMAGE.000 is ready to be written to a new DVD..

Good Luck, as was stated before, is easier and safer to do a new backup from zero of your original.
