Try flashing with original 1.23 firmware. I had no issues. You could try burning a different image too...it's possible for it to be corrupted.

could be media problem. what media are u using?

Try a different image first just to rule that out, oh and put the original 111d firmware back on. It amazes me how many people think they have to change from the default pioneer firmware, IT IS NOT NESSESARY.
