Flatten Directory Hierarchy?
« on: April 12, 2004, 05:22:00 AM »

What is the difference between "Flatten Directory Hierarchy" and "Show only Default.xbe"?

In the manual to XBMP it says something like "Flatten Directory Hierarchy Shows only Default.xbe".

Is there any way to only show .xbe-files so you can see all executeble files and not just the default.xbe.  and not all other directorys and files,

Just check Flatten Directory Hierarchy...

Do not check Show only default.xbe.

Okay, I just fixed this (I hope).

Should be in latest CVS (when anonymous CVS updates).

hmm,  I cant see my shortcuts when "flatten..." is activated, shouldnt the shortcuts always be visible no matter what settings used. (should be kinda usable).
Im running 2004-04-16.

So much for trying to phase out shortcuts.

Any reason why you still need to use shortcuts?

I'll put the code back to work with shortcuts, but just curious why you want to still use them?

Thanks..

Well i for one think it a nice feature. To get your favorites directly whitout browsing trough different folders and disks. My opinion only. And i thougt this was a bug.
