you know this is meant to be a message board where people discuss things and help eachother out, but i am getting no response. Maybe my question has been asked before but beleive me i have read ever thread cover to cover and am still confused. And so are a  lot of other people out here regarding my question. Does someone have the answere?

This has been made clear before. SS files are part of copyright code. Downloading is no different to downloading/redistributing any copyright material. It is illegal.
More to the point it is not up for discussion here so do not advise illegal downloading via these forums.
What you do or discuss away from here is none of my concern.
Posts relating to this made invisible. The posters know who they are and now I do, I don't expect to see posts the same from you please.
