sounds like your doing everything right, but why in the world are you mounting the image? If you want to test your image to see if its good or not as far as having all the files, open up wx360.exe (comes with wxripper) and  see if you can open the iso and see all the files correctly. If you can, then load up clonecd, then click write from image file, then select the .dvd file that ss merger made for you and burn it, thats it. If you get errors when you try to open the iso with wx360, then you have a bad rip. If you get an error, ask yourself, did I get any CRC errors at all when ripping my game with wxripper? Cause that may cause it.
