Anyway To Convert Clone Cd .000 To Iso?

I have a backup of a game and I have the ****.000 and ****.DVD files, but I think I need to add the SS.bin to it. Is there  a simple way to do that? Can I convert the Clone CD .000 file to an ISO and then I can use the xtreme patcher I figured. Is that possible, or am I tripping....


If need be, could I also burn the image to DVD, and then rip it as an ISO with DVDdecypter, then patch it that way?

before making those files, use the .bat to inject the SS you ripped from the original...

sorry bro.. on second reading, it really sounds like piracy to me.

you dont know if its patched? well, you would know.
and why would you burn it, and re-extract the contents instead of re-ripping the original?
