How come this happen....
Ive tried at my friends house and works fine all games ive burnt....
He has the same drive and same firmware....

Here works sometime...

Well, let me first state that not every drive is the same for reading media, every if they are the same model and firmware, especially if you have hiatchi drive like me. I have the exact setup as people who get their games working perfect everytime and mine will only work sometimes from cold boot and all the time from softboot tricks, so it varies.

Also, if you want to check, check out the pot setting on your drive, you may want to adjust it between 3.0 - 3.4, in that range is the best setting for backups, yours may be outta that range... there is a guide on the hacking general forum...

Got same error whit PGR3. I burn all my backup on memorez, everything is good. I've buy fujifilm (cheap special) and the game work great the first time but can't boot anymore.

Ok i've read about pot calibration and this seems to be the issue. I don't think i'll test, seem to be a little bit too risky for me. I guess i've lost buck buying those 15 dvd+r dl:( I'll get back to memorex. http://forums.xbox-s...howtopic=517961 if you're looking for the tutorial
