yes if u send the commands correctly in dvdinfopro you will get the ss.bin file...
then use your iso and ur ss.bin file in xbox360 ss merger. burn with latest version of clone cd and the .dvd file...check your bitsettings on your burner before burning needs to be set to dvd-rom and make sure u flash your drive back to your patched fw and you should be good

I too am using the wrxRipper method (have a hitachi drive). I'm using a old pioneer burner i have to make a backup of my games. I noticed in the tutorial they use a 360 drive to get the ss.bin. will the same method work for normal dvd drives to extract the ss.bin?

If not how can hitachi owners create backups?

no way to get the ss.bin files from the hitachi drive....only the samsung drive can get them at this point looks like u gotta make friends with a samsung owner near you...sorry man hopefully this changes soon

People you've got to know everything you want is on the internet just look.

I've got 29 NTSC and alot of PAL Security Sectors bins if anyone wants them.

They are all are suppose to be good I used 1 of them GRAW and it worked fine.

All that I ask is that you tell me which ones worked for you. I would have already u/led them but I don't know if they are allowed. I got them off the usenet. I am sure they all work.
