If you got the "put this disc in a 360 console" your not unlocking the drive correctly.

That "FF 08 01 01" command unlocks the drive. It should take no more than about 40 minutes to dump the data with ISObuster. It takes 2 hours when you don't unlock it.

Also you can open the raw data from ISObuster (.tao or the game.iso) with a hex editor. If the whole file is all zeros then you didn't unlock the drive correctly. (the IMAGE.000 will have zeros for a bit in the beginning, but .tao or game.iso will not)
