Try using Nero infotool if you have it, that should tell u if the drive supports bitsetting.

I have the DRU-810A.. updated the firmware.. changed the book setting to DVD-ROM.. so far I haven't been able to burn any working backups.. tried clonecd, and nero.. both of which burn successfully.. my 360 just says "unplayable disc" and I have trid flipping the component/hd switch shit in the back to softboot.. still nothing.. using memorex discs.. today i'll be going to grab the pioneer 111d that everyone keeps talking about that works.. and verbatim discs.. not sure what else to try after that.. pretty sure this shitty 810a drive is the problem.

this is what ive been using with imgburn

the drive has worked every time. didnt need to mess with anything cept the layer break once. so it will work. ive burnt 23 games with it

Can't speak to the 810 myself, but I have a DRU-830A that does just fine w/360 backups.
