Hi guys...i'm trying to backup my tomb raider legend...but any way i try to use i face a problem with isobuster...: when i go to extract from to i have 2 probs...1st...the User Data 2048 bytes/block for most sectors  is allready choosen and i can't change it(we dont care thought because it is the selection we want) but the 2nd prob i have is that when i type the new LBA 3567872 then at the right it wont show me the MSF 792:51:47 like in this tutorial but it will show: LAB: 3567872 in red letters...when i press the extract button it show two error windows and says:  CANCEL will continue extract....What is this problem???I need help to back up my games!!thx...

PS: im using hitachi LG v47 flashed with the latest version of birdy's and geremia patch...

I think this is a case of the hitachi not unlocking the game partition, if you're trying to rip it directly through your 360 drive.  I had to use the hotswap method with an old DVD-ROM computer drive to rip discs since my Hitachi was doing the same thing to me, where it only sees the first couple megs (the video partition).
Correct me if I'm wrong, but as I understand it the Hitachi does not support game partition unlocking.

When the SS merger lines are red that just means the values for your file's SS and the "required SS" don't match up.  Supposedly the database for finding out the required SS is down so you won't get that half of it to match up with anyway, so you can probably not worry too much about the red lines if you know the SS is good.

If you are talking about the x360 for backup purposes, it is not like the first xbox where you use ftp.

I will refer you to this section.

Exact same thing here. But I have something else to ask to: why do you have to use the xbox drive anyway? Cant a normal pc dvd player rip it just the same? My own dvd burner gives the same problems in ripping that the hitachi gives me (0078) and when I ignor them, it only rip to about 4.2 gigs. (just one layer I asume?) So how do I get it to rip more than 4.2? No matter what game, it always stops there.

if you are backing up with a ms25, why not use XBCreator or Schtrom 3.1?  one click and it is done.
