try powering up without av cable and see if all rol leds work.Could be a 0110,a cold solder spot under the ram or the gpu most likely.in most cases 0110 its a cold solder joint under the gpu leading to the ram chips.
99.9% of all rrod in general is a cold solder joint under the gpu so I`d reflow that first and see if it works

it's a plain 0110, one light on the rf board seems to be broken, replaced it and it gave me an 0110.
