Ms A/v Cable Pinouts To Stop Resetting On Source Switch From Tv?

Hey all. Searched and searched, could only find the pinout diagram for a 3rd party cable, and the default MS one is quite different.

I am currently using an HDMI cable for my HDTV and the default A/V cable at the same time for my Turtle Beach headset.

This causes my 360 to reboot every time I switch video modes on my TV set. I have seen solder points to prevent this on a 3rd party AV cable, but not the MS one and they look quite different. Can someone please help me out? Just bought a brand new soldering iron !
