Not Getting Any Video

my 360 was a little messed up because it was only able to play certain games. I thought it may be very close to the rrod so I decided to replace the x-clamp and overheat the system. So, after doing that, I am actually getting the rrod and no video now. Does anyone know what the problem may be and how I can fix this?
