I need some help My room is small so I dont need a 5.1 home theater system i simply wanted a nice shelf system like this one

to hook up to my xbox 360 however i cant seem to find any systems that accept the red and white audio cables most only seem to have the 3.3mm audio input.. If someone can help i would appreciate it thnx

I have a Sony minisystem (shelf system I guess now) that has the capability of Surround sound, I bought it about 7-8 years ago now, and it actually has the Red, Yellow, White, and 3.5mm components on the front with a yellow output on the BACK that goes to your tv.

If I can find a picture of the system or like at least the model number I'll post it, I haven't unpacked it in my new place yet.

EDIT: It's almost exactly like that one except the speakers are painted wood with plastic / metal fronting (back when Sony was making GOOD product), and only two speakers.

just use a 3.5mm to Red/White RCA adapter, RCA ends on 1 side, 3.5mm stero jack on the other...solved

just incase you dont know what im talking about here is a picture of 1 type of adapter
